All Clubs are reminded that they must register all their players prior to the first match of the season, as Active Playing Members of the Essex Sunday League. Clubs that have players already registered with other Leagues will still have to register them on the Sunday League Play-Cricket site which can be found at: http://essexsl.play-cricket.com/
Click here to see the club lists of 'Active Playing Members' of the League. Please take the necessary steps to correct.

Invoices are now due and if clubs have not received an invoice or have any questions send an email to the League Treasurer with their correct contact details or give me a call. The amounts due are £243 per club being £90 for membership and £153 for 18 cricket balls plus new joiners pay a joining fee of £50. Contact Bob Southward if they would like to order any extra balls.

Clubs are reminded to update and complete the Club Directory, some clubs have completed them and Thanks.

Clubs are reminded to enter their Results & Scorecards onto Play-Cricket to keep the Tables up to date.

REMINDERS TO ALL CLUB CAPTAINS
1. Expenses to umpires from this season is £25 to be paid promptly at the end of match or better still during the Tea Interval.
a. Reminder of the ruling about informing the umpires and Brian Clay in good time wherever possible. In event of the match being called off for whatever reason, but the umpire or umpires have turned up, the expenses to the umpires will be £15 each and not £25, as from 2012 season.
2. All Clubs must make use of play-cricket statistics and make sure that all players are registered on their Club Play-Cricket Site
A. No Form required for Overseas (Cat 3) but clubs are responsible for all information they give.
B. Forms are required for Overseas Exempt (Cat 3 exempt). Once the Form is received and all information is correct Cat 3 will be changed to Cat 3 Exempt. If not they will remain showing as Cat 3 Overseas Player and you are reminded that only one overseas player can play for an XI.
The EXEMPT FORM MUST be filled in correctly and received by me and shown as Exempt on play-cricket before he can play as an Exempt Player.
