IMPORTANT
Clubs are reminded that it was agreed at the AGM that the over rate
would be speeded up and that clubs must aim for 16 overs per hour from season
2008. Umpires will intervene and inform captains if the rate falls
below. Lost ball and unavoidable delays will be taken into account. There is no excuse for a match
that commences at 2.00pm to not finish by 7.30pm at the latest. The
League do not want to bring in more unnecessary penalties in a
40 over match. |
IMPORTANT:
Please make sure the correct postage is put on envelopes, any unpaid
postage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender and
treated as if the Result Sheet etc., did not arrive.
Large envelopes with one sheet of paper in, it requires more than
1st Class Stamp. |
| Would all Clubs note that they are expected to pay Umpires
expenses promptly, or better still at the Tea Break. Each Club
should pay £22.00 to an Umpire. This only applies to the East & West
Divisions. |

I would appreciate it if all clubs could send me an up to date
functional email address to represent their club. A lot of the ones
I have at the moment are non-functional and I get them returned to
me. It is most important the Clubs have an EMAIL ADDRESS.
Would Clubs please check their club details on this site and correct
anything that is not up to date. New clubs please email the details
as listed for the other clubs and I will enter it onto the page.
